Senior Retail Consultant in AlfaPeople
The position we are offering is part of the implementation team to deliver the agreed solutions to the Customer. You either have a background in ERP implementations or extensive experience working in Retail companies.
The most important work is done in the Analysis and Design workshop, where the Customer’s specific solution is determined. We expect that you can have a strong influence in this phase based on your experience and personality.
You must be a creative, smart, passionate self-starter with a competitive and entrepreneurial spirit and team player approach. You can take charge and lead the functional side of the implementation.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years ERP experience with Tier 1/2 software (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
- 5+ years of experience in the Retail industry • Lead workshops to analyze Customer’s Requirements
- Ability to understand the Customer’s Business and advice progression changes
- Based on experience and input from workshops, you must be able to provide input for Application Design
- Testing of Modifications
- Create End-User Documentation
- Conduct End-User Training
- System Parameter Set-up
- Travel: 50-75%

Location: North East or California is preferred, but for the right person, location is less important.
