Product Support

AlfaPeople’s packaged products such as the AlfaPeople ITSM 2011 solution are supported by AlfaPeople for the duration of the entire lifecycle of the Microsoft Dynamics solution version they are built on. AlfaPeople also commit to make available an upgrade path to the next version of the Microsoft Dynamics platform within six months this becomes commercially available.
