This gives AlfaPeople unique visibility of any Beta versions of Dynamics CRM and enables AlfaPeople to test, develop and feedback on any new functionality and product development.
As a result of this, AlfaPeople was the first ISV UK Dynamics Partner to get CfMD (Certified for Microsoft Dynamics) for our own ISV Solution, AlfaPeople ITSM 2011 – an ITIL v.3.1 accredited Service Management Solution, built on Dynamics CRM 2011.
