AlfaPeople hiring Senior Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

On the Danish market, we seek a highly motivated Senior Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Description

The Solution Architect will work closely with Project Manager and as well as individual sales teams on account strategies. This position could be across a number of industries or focusing on a smaller number of large customers within specific industries. The decision on this will be made with the candidate dependent on the experience and career priorities.

The scope of the Solution Architect includes analyzing a customer's business and technical requirements and taking the lead in translating those requirements and strategies into feasible products, solutions, and services. The consultant will thoroughly understand the client's information technology infrastructure and serve as the key link between business needs and technology enablers. This role must ensure that AlfaPeople solutions are business enabling and technically innovative, ensure improved ROI, and identify additional uses for the client's investment in Microsoft Technologies. The Solution Architect may be the Lead Consultant on a project.

Qualifications

• Gather and document client requirements and translate these into process and system architecture designs
• Understand the client's business goals, IT plans and architecture and articulate linkage to the proposed solution architecture and application designs
• Define an enterprise blueprint and together with Project Managers a time-phased roadmap for enabling the business to realize their vision.
• Be a trusted advisor to the client's decision makers by establishing credibility and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Work with AlfaPeople project managers to scope projects and develop statements of work, project plans, and risk analysis
• • Provide technical thought leadership and actively participate in the application design, implementation, and roll-out efforts.

Skills & Attributes

• Broad technical expertise combined with business acumen.
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft Technology Stack, Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar applications, enterprise architectures, solutions, and technologies.
• Understanding of business domain e.g. customer relationship management process, supply chain processes, financial processes, operational processes, etc.
• Excellent facilitation, discovery, analysis, and prototyping skills
• Clear and effective communication, in written and verbal formats.
