The first to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 in Brazil

The solution

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Online in addition to meet the technical needs with the support of AlfaPeople to customize the software, has superpassed all other solutions, it was not necessary to invest in infrastructure (the whole service provided by Microsoft: servers, contingency, backup, security, high availability, skilled labor to manage, etc.) and full integration with Outlook.

We adopt the criterion to change the process of the TV1 Group to adapt to the software, otherwise it would not be possible to deploy the software customized within desired target.
